Shipping Method
Domestic shipments will be made via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground service for small shipments when possible. All large shipments are made via common carrier.
Air freight shipments, fast delivery orders are available on request with extra costs.
Shipping Cost
Freight will be based on the geographic destination. Below listed are the rate and minimum freight charges for the different shipping zone of continental U.S. for individuate large shipment as well as delivery times.
Please call for shipping costs to other districts and internal no listed below. Any FCL order will be shipped direct from China. Lead time will be normally 50-60 days.
Shipment Time:
In stock orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, custom color orders 5-10 business days, custom orders to be confirmed. Feel free to call to confirm items availability, shipping info and any additional charges for special inquired.
Damages or Shortage:
All products and packages will be inspected strictly before shipping. But sometime damage still occur during shipping. We encourage you to inspect all the packages you received before you sign the receipt of shipment. Then open the damaged package in the presence of the driver. Make note referring to the damage on the receipt. Take pictures as damage proof. And you have to keep all the damaged items and packing materials for the inspection of the carriers or insurance. Also, send a damage notice with the pictures to us for our file. Any shortage to be report to us within 7 days from the date you receive the shipment.
